Need More Time are one of the UK's leading providers of virtual assistant solutions to small businesses and private medical practices. With over 23 years of experience we have maintained a strong presence in our market.

Due to continued growth within the private medical and business sectors we have a vacancy for a Call Handler to work within our teams. The successful candidate will join our established teams delivering Call Handling, Email and Instant Chat response for our range of Clients.

This role offers variety as we work with a wide range of business types and will suit motivated individuals looking to expand their experience within this unique position.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our fast-paced and fun working environment. Previous administration/team secretarial /reception experience would be preferred. You will also have excellent customer service and communication skills with a love for speaking on the phone. It is also essential that all candidates are IT literate.

Hours of work are 40 per week Monday to Sunday. The hours will be organised on a rota basis between the hours of 7.00 am to 9.00 pm.

As a Call and Enquiry Handler, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals. You will be expected to utilise your premium skills in problem-solving and empathy to address concerns and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service will contribute to fostering a welcoming environment, ensuring that all interactions reflect the organisation's commitment to care and professionalism.

Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls, Email and Instant Chat enquiries, ensuring accurate information is relayed. Maintain clear communication facilitate customer needs. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently. Address concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient satisfaction. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to medical regulations in all interactions.
