Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Build rapport quickly and professionally to instil confidence
Provide accurate information and guide patients toward booking consultations
Follow up with leads to maximise conversion
Acting as the first point of contact for treatment consultations and patient queries
Building relationships with patients and explaining treatment options clearly and professionally
Managing treatment plans, finance discussions, and patient communication
