We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre/Receptionist Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online queries, making outbound calls, booking consultations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of achieving daily targets

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Respond to online queries and make outbound calls to prospective clients. Follow up with clients to confirm consultations and appointments. Reach out to previous leads to encourage bookings.

Consultation Bookings:

Book clients for consultations with our specialists. Ensure bookings are made following company protocols and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions.

Client Follow-Up:

Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly.

Reception Coverage:

Cover the reception(50% of the role ) area during staff breaks. Greet clients upon arrival and assist with check-in processes. Answer incoming phone calls and handle client inquiries. Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Team Collaboration:

Work with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets. Provide support in other areas as needed.

General Duties:

Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions. Assist with general office duties as required.
As a Call Centre Executive/Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting Clients:

Welcome clients warmly to create a positive first impression.

Answering Phones and making outbound calls to prospective clients

Managing Appointments:

Schedule and confirm consultations and treatments efficiently.

Handling Inquiries:

Respond promptly to client questions and concerns about services.

Supporting Staff:

Assist healthcare professionals with client files and treatment preparations. Achieving daily targets for calls and bookings.

Maintaining Administrative Records:

Keep accurate records of client interactions and treatment histories.
Your role is essential for client retention and satisfaction, making you a vital part of the clinic's overall functioning and reputation. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position

Person Specification:



Customer Service:

High level of customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Communication:

Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in using computers and familiar with basic office software.

Motivation:

Enthusiastic, motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in Customer Service/ Receptionist or a related field.
