The Role:

As a Call Centre Agent, you'll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. With ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression paths, we're committed to helping you succeed and grow - with top performers earning over 60,000 OTE in succession roles!

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Resilience and ability to handle challenging conversations Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisation skills Target and results driven Experience in a Call Centre or Sales role is desirable. Experience of a target-driven role or negotiating finances is also desirable.

- 24,050 basic salary per annum

Bonus -

Monthly uncapped performance-related bonuses with potential to earn OTE 30,000+

Flexible Working -

37 hours per week (over five days). 2 set shifts on a weekly rotation (8:00 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 19:00) with an early finish on Fridays. 1 in 4 contractual weekend shifts paid as overtime - Saturday shift 9:00 - 14:00pm.

Generous annual leave allowance increasing with length of service with average commission payments payable for up to 20 days per annum. No bank holiday working required plus Christmas shutdown.
