Call Centre Agent - Customer Service Advisor




The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast and we're growing our telemarketing team.


If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Salary from 22,932 FTE per year (12.60 per hour)

Your day to day will involve:


Working either outbound or inbound campaigns handling customer requests either by phone or online. Building customer relationships Administration and Account Management duties Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer's concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up to date on new product or policy changes.



The ideal candidate must have;


Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage A professional telephone manner Good communication and listening skills. A-levels or above academic qualifications Previous telesales experience advantageous
