is a fast-growing collections agency based in Glasgow City Centre and are looking to add Customer Engagement Agents to our team. We are an established company, trading for 20 years, and our head office is in London.

Starting salary of 23,800 (OTE of 26k)
The Role
You will be responsible for recovering and resolving overdue debts which are owed to our clients, in a compliant and ethical manner.
You will be working within a busy, fast paced environment, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls.
Shift Pattern
37.5hr shift - 9am to 5pm Mon - Thu, 9am - 4pm Thu and 1 Sat per month (9am to 1pm)
We operate a fully casual dress code.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Experience of working within a Collection/ Credit Control role or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of collections industry, including FCA, CSA, and TCF guidelines would be advantageous.
Core Competencies
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally and calmly.
You will be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
You will be able to deal with vulnerable customers and ensure appropriate action is taken
You will be able to prioritise your workload, be organised and efficient
You will have a flexible approach with the capability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure
You will be able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative
