About the Role:


We're seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Call Centre Agents to join our customer service team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers -- solving problems, answering questions, and making every interaction count.

What You'll Do:



Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries Record details and follow up as required Meet performance and service quality targets Represent the company with empathy, patience, and clarity

What You Bring:



Strong communication and active listening skills A calm, confident phone manner Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to learn systems and processes quickly Experience in customer service or call centre work is an advantage
