Our central reservations team are expanding! As such we are looking for someone who enjoys the buzz of being part of a busy team and more importantly loves being able to help our guests via a variety of communication channels! This position is based at Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa, which is a stunning location for any office!

We have a variety of contracts to choose from ranging from casual contracts with really flexible hours to full time.

What does our reservations team do? They handle all the enquires for our 8 properties, from large group requests to booking that special afternoon tea or spa day and everything in between. Queries come into the office via a variety of ways, from phones to social media enquiries so we are looking for someone who has great communication skills and who has the ability to listen to our guests, ask the right questions and answer all queries in a professional and timely manner.

Normally you would be the first point of contact for our guests, so it is important that you create that positive first impression and portray a cheerful and professional persona at all times.

Your main duties include:

Communicating with potential residential and spa guests, offering products and services relevant to their needs. Converting enquiries into firm bookings, and upselling when appropriate Displaying great product knowledge of our properties and what packages we offer. Processing pre arrival requests, for example booking treatments or dinner reservations. Ensuring all bookings have the correct details recorded and liaising with other departments for any special requests.
