The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be multilingual if possible, and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will contribute to building positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions. Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and service promotions Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills and CRM systems Promote products or services effectively to meet sales targets Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies while maintaining flexibility for personalized customer engagement
