What You'll Do:

?Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries, converting them into sales appointments.

?Provide a top-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.

?Accurately input customer details into our IT systems and complete all administrative tasks efficiently.

?Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met within agreed timescales.

?Maintain high standards of professionalism, including timekeeping and personal appearance.

What We're Looking For:

?Experience working in a high-volume, multi-channel contact centre.

?Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

?The ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

?A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

?A full UK driving licence.

Salary: 25,397 per annum
