Location:

Blackburn, Lancashire (Office-based)

Salary:

35,000 - 45,000 DOE + Commission (OTE 50k+)

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:



We're seeking an experienced and results-driven

Call Centre Inbound Sales Manager / Sales Coach

to lead, motivate, and develop our inbound sales team. You'll be responsible for improving conversion rates, coaching staff to excellence, and ensuring every call delivers a first-class customer experience.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage performance and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the

inbound call centre sales team

, ensuring daily and weekly sales targets are met. Conduct live call listening, side-by-side coaching, and 1-to-1 performance sessions. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average handling time, and quality score. Develop call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and incentive programmes. Collaborate with the Quality & Compliance Officer to maintain accuracy and compliance. Work with marketing to optimise lead quality and conversion from inbound enquiries. Recruit, train, and onboard new call centre staff as the team expands.

Skills & Experience:



5+ years' experience managing an

inbound sales or call centre team

. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities. Proven track record of increasing sales and improving conversion rates. Excellent understanding of call metrics, CRM systems, and performance reporting. Confident communicator with the ability to drive accountability and results.
