Job Summary

We are currently seeking confident, motivated individuals to join our dynamic

Call Centre

. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and generating high-quality leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales skills and grow within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers (warm and cold leads) Engage in professional and persuasive conversations Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on pre-defined criteria Attention to detail and the ability to accurately maintain records Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confident and professional telephone manner Previous call centre or telesales experience preferred, but not essential Motivated by targets Ability to handle rejection positively and remain persistent Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, [32 Hours - which can be worked flexibly during the call centre opening hours, which are, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 1:30pm]
