What You'll Be Doing

Handling

inbound and outbound calls

professionally and efficiently Listening to customer needs and offering helpful, clear solutions Logging information accurately and following company processes Hitting achievable targets with full support and training Working as part of a friendly, driven call centre team

What We're Looking For

Immediate availability Strong communication skills and a clear, confident phone manner Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, hospitality, or retail is a bonus - but not required Reliable and punctual with a professional approach
