As a Junior Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our clients and their potential customers. Your role will be to engage prospects over the phone, promote products and services, generate interest, and set appointments or gather insights depending on the campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of various marketing campaigns
Build rapport quickly and communicate key messages clearly and confidently
Accurately input customer data and feedback into internal systems
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics
Work collaboratively with team members and managers to optimise campaign success
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
