Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and online enquiries regarding ECO4 home energy grants
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer feels supported and informed
Qualify customers for ECO4 funding by gathering necessary information
Explain the process clearly and book surveys or installations where applicable
Work towards achievable targets and earn commission based on performance
Maintain accurate records and follow internal compliance procedures
