About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven
Call Centre Sales Advisors
to join our growing ECO4 team. You'll be handlinginbound enquiries only,
no cold calling, and helping customers access funding for home energy improvements through the ECO4 scheme.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and online enquiries regarding ECO4 home energy grants Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer feels supported and informed Qualify customers for ECO4 funding by gathering necessary information Explain the process clearly and book surveys or installations where applicable Work towards achievable targets and earn commission based on performance Maintain accurate records and follow internal compliance procedures
