About the Role:



We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and organised

Call Handler

to join our growing team. This role is vital in supporting customers who have applied to have work carried out on their property.

You will be the first point of contact for many customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service on both inbound and outbound calls. From screening applications and booking surveys, to keeping customers informed throughout the entire process -- you will manage their journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers who have applied for property works Screen applicants for eligibility and accurately record details Book surveys and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely appointments Be the customer's main point of contact, updating them on progress, installation dates, and any changes Manage queries, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary Maintain accurate records using internal systems Deal with potentially difficult or emotional calls in a calm and empathetic manner Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the full customer journey

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication and listening skills A compassionate and patient attitude, especially when handling sensitive or difficult conversations Confident telephone manner and a strong customer focus Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases at once and stay on top of follow-ups Experience in a call handling, customer service, or administrative role is desirable Proficient in using computers and CRM systems
