About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Handler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, directing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Take messages and ensure follow-ups as needed.
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
Record call details and update customer information in the system.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call management systems.
Previous experience in a call-handling or customer service role is a plus.
