We are looking for Camp Site Warden Couples or individuals to join our team. We are looking for wardens to start asap, then further wardens to join our team mid July.

About Us:

Cantref is a family-run tourist attraction nestled in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons National Park. Our farm offers a range of activities including a Farm Park, Riding Centre, VIP animal experiences, and Segway safaris.The campsite boasts stunning views of the main peaks of the Brecon Beacons, providing guests with a unique and memorable experience.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals or couples to join our team as Campsite Wardens. The role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our campsite and facilities. Our Camp Wardens rotate between warden duties and working in our Farm Park to keep the work varied and ensure all departments are covered at all times. We are particularly looking for wardens with catering experience who can cook in our Farm Park cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Grass cutting and general maintenance of the campsite grounds Checking guests in and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. Cleaning and maintaining the shower block, holiday cottages, and glamping accommodations Conducting changeovers for holiday cottages and glamping accommodations Cleaning and maintaining hot tubs Assisting with general maintenance tasks around the campsite and farm park Help supervise attractions and assist with activities in the on-site Farm Park Help in other areas of the Farm Park e.g. Cook, Cafe Staff, Reception, or delivering Segway safaris, Vip Animal Experiences or Tractor & Trailer Rides Running Pizza evenings or Curry Nights one to two nights per week during school holidays. Helping with the set up and take down of Seasonal Events.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills Physical fitness for outdoor tasks and manual labour Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential Catering Skills are preferred but not essential Due to being on call several evenings a week this is a live in position. You will need your own mobile home / caravan.
