About Us

WillPowders is a science-driven, biohacking and wellness brand founded by Sunday Times No.?1 bestselling author Davinia Taylor?. We have a no-nonsense mission to help people feel and think their best. Our products do the heavy lifting, but it's the knowledge and tools we share that put the power back in people's hands, helping them take back control of their own well-being.

Purpose & Impact

Big moments deserve big content, and this role is all about making our launches and campaigns unmissable.

At WillPowders, we're fuelling people the way nature intended -- with gut-loving, brain-boosting products that work. Founded by Davinia Taylor, we're growing fast and want to make every product launch, campaign, and high-impact brand moment truly pop.

As Campaign Content Manager, you'll lead the charge on product launches, brand campaigns, and key calendar moments, working together with our Always-On Content Manager to ensure every piece of content, from the everyday to the big bang, is covered.

You'll turn briefs into full content plans across channels, deliver the creative assets that bring them to life, and make sure every touchpoint is singing from the same hymn sheet. Alongside campaign content, you'll also create longer-form pieces, blogs, web copy, and founder Q&A's, that dive deeper into our products and philosophy.

Initially, we're open to freelance or contract (with a view to temp-to-perm if we click).

What you'll be doing:

Leading content planning and creation for all brand campaigns, product launches, and calendar moments. Working with the Head of Brand, Davinia, and the wider marketing team to translate launch strategies into standout content. Creating longer-form content for the website (blogs, interviews, educational content) that builds trust and inspires. Overseeing campaign shoots, working with photographers, videographers, and our internal studio to capture the right assets. Producing a full suite of campaign assets; organic social, email, paid ads, web, PR toolkits, influencer briefs. Coordinating with the Always-On Content Manager so campaigns integrate seamlessly into BAU activity. Building launch asset timelines and manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders. Crafting campaign messaging that's consistent across platforms and audiences. Repurposing high-impact campaign content into evergreen assets for ongoing use.

What you'll bring

5+ years in content or campaign management (wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience a plus). Proven experience running end-to-end content for product launches. Strong project management skills; able to keep multiple moving parts on track and on time. A knack for creating compelling longer-form content that works for SEO and brand storytelling. The ability to capture and adapt a founder's voice across formats. Experience working with creatives, agencies, and cross-functional teams to get the right assets in place. Detail-driven, organised, and adaptable when plans shift. A real interest in health, wellness, and making it accessible.
