Job Description


We are an integrated strategic improvement partner to an international defence company involved in capital projects who is seeking to improve programme and engineering delivery performance and governance. This activity forms the core part of an organisational and functional transformation being rolled out across a portfolio of key programmes, with facilitation and training being conducted in a highly collaborative and supportive manner.
As Campaign Lead on our largest and most strategic programme, you will work with industry leading delivery, engineering and change specialists who support clients across a wide range of sectors and industries. You will influence, support and leverage expertise to provide innovative solutions to complex client challenges as a thought leader within your discipline at a senior/director client leadership level.
In addition, as a Campaign Lead, you will provide leadership and management across the Campaign that you are assigned. This will include Campaign Development & Implementation, FNC & Client Business Case Creation, Stakeholder Management including Comms and Engagement, Business Winning and Proposal Development.
Consultancy skills are key to our success. As Campaign Lead, you will be one of our most senior consultants interfacing regularly with the customer and as such will be expected to deliver to an exceptionally high standard to ensure our clients come back for more. You will be expected to guide all stakeholders through their own unique change journey and your ability to work collaboratively with the client will win their trust and confidence.
You will ensure your campaign delivers the strategic direction of the account and fulfil annual order intake targets. Responsible for the implementation of your campaign plan, you will build critical customer relationships to enable future opportunity development in alignment with account strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven record and experience of delivering in a large complex programme.
  • Ability to work with remote and distributed teams from a variety of backgrounds and differing skillsets.
  • Initiates influential relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners at senior management level, including industry leaders. Leads on collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across competing objectives within the organisation.
  • Communicates authoritatively at all levels across the account and business to both technical and nontechnical audiences, articulating both account & business objectives.
  • Has defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.
  • Has significant influence over the allocation and management of resources appropriate to given assignments.
  • Influences policy and strategy formation.
  • Lead and implement campaign(s) to meet specific business strategy and objectives.
  • Leads bespoke customer consultancy opportunities in support of account strategy.\xc2\xb7
