About Streets
Streets is a Top 40 accounting and advisory firm. Our turnover is c. 40m and we have a team of almost 500 people across more than 30 UK offices. We look after the accounting, assurance, tax planning and business advisory needs of clients as individuals, businesses and third sector organisations both in the UK and overseas.
We pride ourselves on our inclusive culture, collaborative approach, and commitment to professional development. With almost 120 years of experience and a network of regional offices, Streets continues to be a trusted partner for individuals, families, and businesses seeking financial clarity and strategic direction.
We're ambitious and hungry for growth and we want our people to share the same excitement in being part of the team building for change. Our desire to continue to grow at speed requires a professional marketing function that can build infrastructure that is both scalable and flexible.
It's an exciting time: we're committed to building a modern marketing function that connects brand and drives lead generation. We're looking for some brilliant marketing professionals to start from the ground up, set direction, build process and systems and lead the way in creating lasting change in an amazing business.
Role Overview
Streets is serious about modernising its approach. Over the last 6 months the C-Suite has been brought onto the Leadership Board, a rebrand has been rolled out, and ambitious growth targets have been set. However, Streets is very much at the beginning of a marketing and positioning journey, and we are excited to be building a campaign(s) backbone and strategic targeting of audience and markets.
We're looking to accelerate this by building and running a campaign marketing strategy that builds awareness, recommendation and - most importantly, business development meetings and sales - among our core market of UK SMEs.
This is a pivotal role for a Campaign Manager with solid experience in building and executing comprehensive campaigns - whether national, sector-focused, or locally targeted. You will be working with the CMO to create an approach that enhances our national visibility and drives qualified leads to support business development. This role offers the opportunity to commercially influence thinking and prioritisation of the go-to-market strategy and make a lasting impact on the future of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Influence
Work closely with senior stakeholders and relevant groups to lead the development and management of a rolling campaigns plan to build awareness, generate and nurture leads to support our ambitious growth strategy

Work with central marketing team to ensure prioritisation of national growth ambitions against ad-hoc requests
Work across Cluster Leads and Office Partner teams to connect approach between marketing activity and commercial outcomes
Build relationships across offices and teams, contributing to national and regional programmes
Lead campaign-related stakeholder engagement and partner collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that drive and capture opportunities
Measure and report on the results, making recommendations on how to improve
This role reports directly into the CMO and will be working across Senior Partners in the business and collaborating with a small central team, so a successful individual will illustrate strong team skills alongside confidence in working autonomously.
