The role and responsibilities





We're looking for a strategic and experienced Campaigns and Marketing Business Lead for a nine-month fixed term contact starting in October 2025 to shape and deliver TPR's marketing and campaign functions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact, insight-driven communications that influence behaviour, improve compliance, and protect pension savers.



You will:



Lead the development and implementation of TPR's marketing and campaign strategies. Translate corporate priorities into measurable communications plans. Oversee the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns and direct communications. Own the strategy and performance of TPR's marketing channels, including digital, social, email, and direct mail. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with government communications standards and spending controls. Identify and mitigate risks related to campaign delivery and service performance. Represent the function at senior forums and contribute to organisation-wide decision-making.

The role criteria



Extensive experience leading strategic, multi-channel marketing and communications programmes. Proven ability to deliver behaviour change campaigns and direct communications at scale. Strong leadership and team management experience, including matrix and cross-functional working. Expertise in supplier and contract management, including performance frameworks. Experience in budget management and business case development. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive performance. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
