The role...


GlobalData Healthcare is seeking an experienced and driven Campaign Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, amplify brand visibility, and support our business growth. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping marketing strategy across the healthcare vertical, with a particular focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution and performance.


You'll ideate, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital platforms, collaborating with sales and R&A teams to deliver targeted, impactful outreach to our defined decision-maker audiences.


Objectives of this role:


Own end-to-end campaign development across email, web, social and paid media, aligned with the healthcare vertical commercial goals Deliver high-performing lead generation campaigns with clear tracking, ROI analysis and reporting Champion ABM methodology to engage priority accounts and individual stakeholders across the funnel Collaborate cross-functionally to produce creative and data-informed assets, messaging, and targeting frameworks Translate healthcare market trends into relevant marketing propositions and campaign concepts

What you'll be doing...


Plan and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content calendars, creative briefs, and digital activation Work closely with the Sales and R&A teams to identify high-impact audience segments and tailor messaging to produce assets that resonate across buyer journeys, and geographies Implement tracking and performance tools in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to monitor campaign outcomes Report campaign results and make strategic recommendations for future planning and testing Drive innovation in campaign format, tone, and channel mix, especially for ABM workflows targeting key accounts

What we're looking for...


Skills & experience required


3+ years in integrated marketing, desiderable within B2B healthcare, life sciences, or professional services Proven success in Account-Based Marketing campaigns, with measurable impact on lead gen and pipeline contribution Strong campaign planning skills, including channel mix strategy, audience segmentation, and creative briefing Comfortable navigating HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms, and analytics dashboards Excellent communication and collaboration across internal stakeholders and external vendors Experience in reporting, insights, and optimising campaign ROI based on user engagement and lead quality A passion for storytelling and messaging for senior professional audiences across clinical, operational or commercial domains

Desirable


Bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, business, or communications Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences terminology and stakeholder dynamics
