We are currently seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team for a temporary period covering a maternity leave. This opportunity is initially for a fixed term, but there is potential for a permanent position at the end of the contract for the right candidate.

The core purpose of this role is to support our lead and demand generation activities, assist in the expansion of marketing projects, help develop and fulfil the requirements of our marketing strategy.

Marketing campaigns

Drive lead nurturing and lead to opportunity optimisation
- Campaign planning
- build and manage Email nurture journeys
- build and manage online nurturing journeys

Drive web traffic and traffic to lead optimisation
- Manage and execute PPC campaigns (run by external agency)
- Manage and execute paid marketing campaigns (internal & external agency)
- Manage and Optimize website journeys

- Track and report on campaigns

- Market research
- Advise on areas of improvement

Extra
- Contribute to monthly reporting
- Contribute to yearly marketing plan
- Provide marketing guidance and support for business wide projects

Qualifications

Around 3 years\' experience in a similar role which involves developing, managing and adapting marketing plans.

A demonstrable track record of delivering ROI for email-based and online campaigns - B2B preferable

Experience in coaching and mentoring

Educated to degree level in media or marketing

Proficient in using marketing systems such as CRM, marketing email clients, MS Office, Google Analytics, CMS and social media platforms

Additional Information
