The Role:



Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a

Campaign & Strategy Marketing Manager

. You will be Leading a team of two and responsible for developing and implementing inbound marketing strategies in partnership with our campaign managers, to create engaging content that speaks to toob's customers at every stage of the buying journey, with a focus on driving greater brand awareness, penetration and ultimately, orders.

You'll combine strategic thinking with analytics, using data to target the right people at the right time. You'll also develop persona and community-first strategies to ensure highly targeted marketing.

A key part of the role involves supporting the rollout of new propositions and processes, delivering well-planned campaigns across traditional channels. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and with key stakeholders to maximise impact.

We're looking for someone strategic, with experience in media buying, budgeting, and the full marketing mix, from research to campaign execution. You'll help shape marketing roadmaps across our established and newly launched areas.

You should be confident using research models (PESTLE, SWOT etc.) and local data (ONS) to build personas and local insights and used to reviewing campaign performance to inform future plans.

As our

Campaign & Strategy Marketing Manager

your key responsibilities will:

Take ownership of traditional marketing roadmap, working closely with key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan and media buying strategy Take ownership of the traditional marketing landscape for all new propositions and products, being a key stakeholder in the delivery of these against set deadlines Be responsible for creation and delivery of a marketing community-first strategy Develop and implement personas to deliver more targeted campaigns and content strategies leading to stronger conversions Implement clearer monitoring and analysis of traditional channels - understanding impact and adjusting as necessary on a town-by-town basis Manage and mentor campaign marketing team of two, providing support and development to team members and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed Manage traditional budget, ensuring we're spending in areas that provide strong awareness and/or ROI Take ownership of full end-to-end campaign rollout from ideation, channels of execution and reporting of successes and learnings - encompassing all channels, traditional and digital

What you'll bring to toob:



Highly proficient with Microsoft Office inc. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in campaign creation and planning Strong knowledge and contacts in media buying Proven ability to create detailed marketing campaign plans, based on market understanding, trends and research A strong analytical and data-led mindset Ability to work both strategically, analysing performance and providing next steps and recommendations to improve brand awareness, while also being hands on, working with the marketing team to deliver upon recommendations Ability to multi-task and prioritise Previous experience of managing a team to drive results with the ability to support and inspire Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong project management skills Strong problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment Be able to meet strict deadlines Possess great communication skills; resourceful and a team player

Technical / Professional Qualifications:



More than 8 years hands of marketing experience 5+ years of management experience in a campaign marketing team Marketing, English or Technical degree (or higher), CIM qualification or equivalent working experience
