The Campus Development Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within the Financial Services industry. This role, based in London, involves managing early careers Coordination and development initiatives for top talent. This is not an early careers recruitment role.

• Develop and implement early careers Coordination for high-calibre candidates.
• Collaborate with the procurement function to build strong partnerships.
• Organise and participate in campus events, including career fairs and workshops.
• Manage the Coordination process for graduate and internship programmes.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campus initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align Early Careers efforts with business needs.
