We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has hands-on recruiting experience developing and executing successful strategies, events, and outreach to recruit top talent from key academic partners and early career channels. The Campus Recruiter will partner with key stakeholders across the investment bank and Talent Acquisition to enhance and execute the early-career recruiting efforts across offices in the UK & Europe.



Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


Collaborating with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in messaging and approach to recruiting Developing pipelining strategies targeting top talent through engaging experiences that highlight our firm culture and employer brand (e.g. early identification programs, brand raising events, etc.) Building relationships with universities and student led groups to develop, manage, and monitor campus outreach programs including post-internship awareness campaigns and off-cycle touch-points to help elevate Blair's recognition and influence with potential candidates Coordinating interview days, interview debriefs and offer conversion efforts Oversee the internship programs in UK & Europe (e.g. advertising, assessment, selection, managing intern engagement, placement, feedback, and offer processes) Managing, analysing and leveraging recruiting data to identify trends to continuously improve candidate targeting/conversion, and recruiting processes/timelines Assisting with wider Talent Acquisition team on lateral hiring processes during busy periods

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Previous recruiting experience at a professional services firm required, including campus recruiting experience Ability to: + Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
+ Manage multiple priorities/frequently competing stakeholder requests
+ Challenge status quo/influence to drive change in processes and recruiting execution
+ Operate as a forward thinker who looks for ways to optimize processes for automation and scale
+ Present in small and large settings
Takes a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks, executes consistent follow-up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet changing business needs Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal/external partners Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritise workload independently; strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information, while exhibiting good judgement Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenge, growth and change in a highly entrepreneurial environment Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works effectively under limited supervision Experience with applicant tracking systems required and survey software a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office products
