We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Capability & Resource Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our resources. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that our capabilities align with business objectives and support our growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include assessing current resource allocation, identifying skill gaps, and implementing training programs to enhance team competencies. You will also be tasked with collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in resource management. You should have a deep understanding of capability development processes and experience in implementing strategic initiatives that drive performance. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, coupled with expertise in project management and resource optimization, is essential.
