Capsule Machine Operator - Supplements Manufacturing

Arena Health Ltd - Ashford, Kent

We are an established, fast growing company on the move and are looking for a team of enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable capsule machine operators to join our at our Ashford premises.

You will be operating our encapsulating machines. This is done Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00.

Duties:

Setting up the machines as instructed including dismantling Identifying components of production as needed (capsules and powders) Operating control and quality checks throughout production Polishing the finished product and metal detecting Machine deep cleaning and maintenance Filling all relevant production paperwork with accuracy Maintain high levels of hygiene

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be physically fit and able to cope with the rigours of fast paced environment including standing, walking, reaching, lifting medium weight loads and bending duties. You need to have worked in a factory environment You need to have previous experience of working in a food environment You need to have moderate engineering capabilities
Although we do require previous experience in a factory environment, a full training scheme will be implemented in your first week including the opportunity to gain internationally recognised certifications!

Read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions. Perform basic maths using a calculator Basic computer knowledge Accurate and diligent way of working Work well under pressure Maintain good working relationships with peers Organise and prioritise workload

Job Type: Full time - Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break
28 days holidays per year

Starting salary: 12.50/hour

(depending on experience)

This job role is not suitable for remote work.
