Commercial Sales Executive

24,000 - 28,000 + Monthly Bonuses

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include;

Provide quotations and sell policies to clients

Explain the features and benefits of policies to clients

Processing new within FCA requirements including obtaining and issuing appropriate documentation

Achieve monthly sales targets

Calculating insurance premiums

Dealing with incoming customer telephone enquiries

Overcome objections to maximise sales opportunities

To present accurate information to Underwriters

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The skills, duties and other attributes required to excel as customer service team member include the following:

Previous sales experience - ideally phone based

Able to recognise sales opportunities, create and develop enquires

Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers

Confident telephone manner

Ability to multitask

Must be result oriented

Ability to be accurate and precise whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines

A friendly and approachable personality

Ability to act as part of the team

To be able to adapt to customer requirements with patience and understanding.
