EXPERIENCED CAR MECHANIC REQUIRED

Experience essential.

We're looking for an experienced mechanic to join the team at Mount Vernon Motors. We're a very busy independent dealership based in the East End of Glasgow. It is a fast paced working environment and relevant experience is essential.

Qualifications



Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools Experience in equipment repair and maintenance Ability to read and interpret schematics Excellent customer service skills Capability to perform heavy lifting and welding tasks Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques

Responsibilities



Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics. Utilize power tools and hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Perform equipment repairs and conduct regular maintenance on vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Assist in heavy lifting and ensure a safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
