Mechanic Wanted - M CARHOUSE | Risca, Newport (NP11 6DP)

700-1,000/week + Fuel Paid (up to 500 miles/week) + Overtime

M CARHOUSE is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our garage in Risca, Newport. We're a growing business with one experienced mechanic already in place, and we're now looking for the right second person to join our tight-knit operation.

Whether you're a strong all-rounder or a BMW specialist with advanced diagnostic skills, we'd like to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

You should have at least 2 years of experience and be confident with:

Clutch replacements Gearbox changes Steering rack replacements Injector replacement General fault-finding and repair on petrol and diesel engines
We're especially interested if you have specialist experience with BMW systems or any of the following:

Vehicle upgrades and modifications Diagnostics, coding, or ECU programming Electrical fault tracing
Pay Structure:

700/week for solid mechanical experience Up to 1,000/week for candidates with specialist BMW, diagnostic, or electrical/coding skills Extra days/hours paid separately Potential for growth and long-term development with the business
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days/week) Occasional overtime or weekend work available and always paid on top
Fuel Coverage:

M CARHOUSE will cover your commuting fuel, up to 500 miles/week
(equivalent to 100 miles/day round trip)

If you live further than 50 miles from the garage, fuel coverage is negotiable, but not guaranteed
