Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Car Parts Advisor who can guide the customers on the required parts needed via telephone or counter sales.
Job Role:
To Supply customers with parts promptly, ensuring all parts are supplied and invoiced correctly Liaise with public over the counter and telephone To work within a team and communicate with other team members
Job Essential Criteria
Must have good knowledge of vehicle components Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Good computer skills for using electronic catalogue and invoicing Previous experience in automotive sales environment or as a motor mechanic
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience working with MAM Autopart and Autocat Software
Hours:
40 Hours Per Week Monday til Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. In addition to this you will be required to work on a Saturday rota.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
