We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.

BASED IN OUR ONGAR BRANCH, ESSEX

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their parts needs and provide suitable solutions
- Utilise phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Assist customers in multiple languages to cater to diverse clientele
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and orders
- Provide bilingual support for customers requiring language assistance
- Utilise Excel for data entry and tracking of parts information
- Organisational skills to ensure efficient handling of parts requests

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Ability to maintain accurate records and organise parts inventory efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving customers from different language backgrounds
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking purposes
- Strong organisational skills to manage parts requests effectively

We at Nirro Ltd are one of the leading independent Volkswagen and Audi Group car parts specialist in the UK. An exciting new opportunity has arisen at our brand barking branch within our trade sales team. We are looking for a full-time car parts advisor to work in the trade counter team.

This is a fast-paced role and full training is provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell parts to meet customer needs through face to face, telephone and electronic channels. Supply Service Technicians with parts as required. Ordering, receiving and processing purchase orders. Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on parts related business. Attending to regular stock takes. Goods inwards and outwards duties. Invoicing and other administration tasks for parts related business.

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of industry, technical service and parts business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate equally well with Technicians, customers and management. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Good IT skills with the ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office. Ibcos applications an advantage. Flexible, hard-working and able to work under pressure Ideal candidate would be Familiar with small plant, petrol and diesel engines. Highly motivated and physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment Works well in a team Delivery of parts to customers in provided vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have ideally have experience working in a customer base job. They will have good basic computer skills, an eye for detail and a love to working in a fast-paced environment.

car parts knowledge desirable however full on the job training provided

Must be confident with a good phone manner, polite and able to communicate well with customers.

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual interested in working within our fast-paced office environment.

Good standard of written and spoken English - essential
