Role Summary

We-Rental is seeking a confident, customer-focused Rental Service Agent (RSA). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, capable of thinking on their feet, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service before, during, and after rentals Process and book vehicle rentals Promote and sell optional extras based on customer needs Prepare rental contracts in line with company guidelines and T&Cs Handle inbound calls, emails, and social media enquiries Manage ongoing rental contracts, process extensions, and take payments Inspect returned vehicles for condition and cleanliness Clean vehicles inside and out, and check fluid levels, tyres, and tyre pressures Maintain a clean and organised office environment

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

Administrative experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Excellent phone etiquette Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Customer service experience Valid driver's licence Fluent English

Desirable:

Experience in direct sales Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., fluids, tyres)
