Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking facilities, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order within the parking area while assisting customers with their parking needs.

Duties

Direct vehicles in and out of parking spaces, ensuring efficient use of space. Monitor the parking area for any issues or irregularities, addressing them promptly. Provide assistance to customers regarding parking procedures and facility information. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on duty. Keep accurate records of vehicle entries and exits as required. Full Valet and mini valet cars

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Driving experience is required; candidates must possess a valid driving licence. Janitorial experience is advantageous for maintaining cleanliness within the parking area. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining attentive to duties. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
