Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Valeter/Driver for our Harrogate Citroen and MG dealership. This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm, potential of overtime at weekends during busy periods.

The successful applicant will be:

- Thorough and with a keen eye for detail.

- Able to work on his/her own or in a team.

- Patient and calm in stressful/busy periods

- Able to carry out a physical role.

- Be respectful and able to communicate with colleagues

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Using our Hot/Cold High pressure jet wash to clean cars

- Cleaning windows, wheels, door handles and mirrors.

- Vacuuming and shampooing upholstery and carpets.

- Waxing and polishing surfaces.

- Applying specialist products to vehicles.

- Clean engines.

- General pitch wash once a week

- Carry out 1 or 2 Full Valets per day and 2/3 Re-cleans for handovers

- Collecting, delivering and movement of vehicles if required.

- Hoover and Mop Showroom areas twice a week

- Occasion General assisting working around the site.

Your working environment may be outdoors in all weathers.
You need to wear suitable and protective clothing which will be provided
