Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services Conduct telemarketing campaigns, effectively communicating value propositions Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities through engaging conversations Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and close sales Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance communication effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during all interactions

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, or related roles is preferred Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles involving CRM systems is desirable
