UK-Wide (Majority of work in Southwest, Bristol, South East)
14.18 per hour | 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) (Overtime required subject to client requirements)

The candidate will be required to work anywhere in the UK from time to time therefore being able to work away is essential for this role . (Accommodation and food allowance included)

Overtime: Time and a Half after 8 hours (Weekdays & Saturdays), Double Time on Sundays

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Carbon Project Foreman

to join our team, supporting the successful delivery of carbon reduction and sustainability projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site and supporting the site supervisor. Managing teams and subcontractors to deliver works efficiently and safely. Ensuring site safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. Supporting logistics and coordination of materials, tools, and labour. Reporting progress and site issues to the project supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a foreman or team leader role (environmental or construction experience beneficial). Full UK driving licence (Essential). Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead by example on site. Class 1 licence (beneficial)
