We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Clinical Measurements team at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust.
We are a very active department providing a wide range of invasive and non-invasive investigations. Due to an expansion in the service provision within the Trust, the number of cardiac tests being performed has vastly increased and, as such, we are looking to expand our team of ECG technicians.
As a Band 2 you will be a key member of the departmental staff responsible for performing ECGs and fitting ambulatory monitors within the Trust. Some administration duties will also be involved. You must be a self-motivated, well-organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal with both adults and children, and have the ability to prioritise workload and use your initiative. This post would be suited to an individual with some basic understanding of an ECG however, you will not be expected to have experience within Cardiology as full training will be given to the successful candidate. NHS experience is desirable. This will require working cross-sites.
Visits to the department are encouraged. For an informal visit or further information please contact our direct number at 01932 722530 or at asp-tr.clinical.measurements@nhs.net
