Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in the care home, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

We are seeking staff for 3pm-10pm shifts Mon-Fri and a range of weekend shifts.

About Us:



We are a small, privately run, Residential Care Home who provide care for 23 very special older people. Many Residents come to us for primarily social needs, and a large part of what we do is provide companionship, alongside providing support with the various activities of daily living. We are passionate about high quality care, and pride ourselves on having a team of compassionate and considerate staff.

Our Residents are the number 1 priority in our Home and their needs, wishes and preferences will always be our primary focus.

Some of our staff have come from a long standing career in healthcare, and some have come to us as their first job in care. Experience is not a requirement, as we will give you all of the support and guidance needed to integrate into our team and our way of working. All you need to provide is a dedication to caring for our Residents, as you would wish your own family to be cared for.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
