Davies Court is a residential care unit based in Dinnington. This is a 60 bedded unit delivering two services, dementia care and intermediate care (rehabilitation).

The successful candidates will have:-


Experience/understanding of the social and emotional needs of individuals and how to best meet those needs Ability to demonstrate excellent and clear communication skills, demonstrate empathy and be able to listen and to understand and support individual circumstances and needs Practical person and ability to identify and solve day to day problems Understanding of Safeguarding Understanding of Health and Safety, the safe handling of medications and a good basic first aid knowledge NQF Level 1 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 3-1, NVQs Level 1, GNVQs Foundation, City and Guilds Part 1 Or evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience

Until 31st March 2026 employees paid at Band D and above are subject to a temporary pay reduction of 1.15% spread out by means of a monthly deduction from each pay period over the full financial year.
