Care Assistants (Overnight shifts), Eastbourne

Salary:

12.77 per hour

Overnight (10pm until 7am)

We are looking for Care Assistants to join our family like team. Where you'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our usual working shifts are:

Overnight shifts (10pm until 7am) Alternative weekends

Our care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements. Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment. Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks Support with administrating medication. Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care

Person Profile:

Experience in mental health would be an advantage No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
