Job Overview



We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Care Compliance Administrator to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting our management team to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and full CQC compliance.

This role suits someone with previous experience in the care sector, excellent administrative skills, and a strong understanding of compliance standards and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities



Carry outmonthly, and annual audits to ensure compliance with CQC regulations. Create, review, and update person-centred care plans and assessments, ensuring annual reviews are completed. Support the management team with policy and procedure compliance, using QCS (Quality Compliance Systems- Training Provided.) software for guidance and documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports. Assist in general administrative duties, scheduling, and correspondence management. Support recruitment and onboarding for new staff and bank carers.

Requirements



Proven administrative experience (essential). Previous experience within the care sector (essential). Knowledge of CQC standards, policies, and compliance. Experience using

QCS software

(desirable; training will be provided). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Confident communication skills and a professional approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Support Worker Experience (Desirable)
