What You'll Do



As a Care Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of care we deliver. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing care plans, rotas, and ensuring services run smoothly--even during holidays Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing training for the team Empowering individuals to make informed choices and promoting their independence Building strong relationships with supported people, families, and professionals Ensuring all paperwork, records, and reports are up to date and compliant Working creatively and proactively to deliver the best outcomes Providing hands-on support as part of the weekly rota and for any ad hoc needs

What We're Looking For



SVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car (desirable) Experience in a care/support setting Strong IT skills and confidence with care planning Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence
