Pay:
An initial salary of 30,000, per annum with minimum contracted hours of 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinating care services and allocating care staff to meet the needs of our Service Users
Producing efficient weekly rotas and ensuring continuity of care
Communicating effectively with Service Users, care staff, social workers, and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate client and staff records
Planning capacity and assisting with new client referrals
Supporting with recruitment needs, quality assurance, training records, and performance monitoring
Managing holiday, absence and emergency cover
Attending management meetings and contributing to service development
Essential criteria:
Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling within a domiciliary care setting
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a caring, customer-focused attitude
Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling or care management software
Knowledge of CQC regulations and care industry best practices (desirable)
Willing to be a team player.
Professional manner at all times
Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
Your own car.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
