We're looking for a
Care Coordinator
to join our brilliant team in
Oxford and Bicester
. This is a key role, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve through effective planning, scheduling, and communication.

What You'll Do
Produce and manage weekly rotas to ensure consistent, high-quality care provision
Visit clients when needed and be available for occasional evening or weekend support
Handle day-to-day scheduling challenges and resolve issues quickly and calmly
Manage staff absences and allocate calls efficiently
Support the induction and training of new team members
Maintain strong communication with carers, clients, families, and professionals
Help ensure GoodOaks provides a reliable and person-centred service every day
About You
Highly organised, proactive, and people-focused
Strong communicator who stays calm and positive under pressure
Confident using IT systems for scheduling and communication
Reliable team player who motivates others and builds morale
Keen to grow and develop your skills and support others to do the same
Energetic, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellent care
Willing to undertake a DBS check (paid for by us)
What We Offer
21,000-25,000 base salary, plus on-call allowance and paid overtime
24 - 30 hours per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday), with optional extra hours working as a carer
20 days' holiday, pension, and annual pay reviews
Mileage reimbursement (minimum 35p per mile when delivering care)
