Job Description

Our company is currently hiring for a care coordinator to join our team. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be well organised. The coordinator must have ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE with a UK driving license and willing to travel within Birmingham. Also must have a DBS on the update service

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be involved, implement and execute a successful operating practice across the care side of business Responsible for sourcing new care packages and maintaining current packages Maintain clear up to date records for all existing and new clients Responsible to handle and resolve customer enquiries sufficiently Ensure all operations are Company and CQC compliant On call duties including dealing with shift covering Be able to complete staff rotas Quality assurance duties Medication records co ordination Delivery and supervision of care services Cover care calls
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Experience:

providing care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
