About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing care packages, supporting our care staff, ensuring continuity of care, and maintaining high standards for our clients.

You'll be a key link between our service users, their families, and our care team ensuring every care plan is carried out with compassion and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a care coordination or supervisory role within the care sector Great communication skills Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence (essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
