We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our senior care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and maintaining effective communication with both team members and residents.

Duties

Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional service to residents in care homes. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring they are followed accurately. Conduct regular assessments of staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Maintain open lines of communication with team members, residents, and their families to address any concerns or queries. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Drive between various care home locations as required, ensuring timely supervision and support across all sites. Utilise IT systems for record keeping, reporting, and communication purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families. Experience in developing and implementing care plans is highly desirable. A valid driving licence is required for travel between locations. Proficiency in IT systems related to care management is advantageous.
